| Mustang Speed Record Attempt Video |
This video is of Hajek Motorsports speed record attempt at the Bonneville Salt Flats in an E-85 powered FR500C Ford Mustang. On it's maiden run the FR500C achieved an official speed of 251.74 mph but did not set a new official record due to a mechanical failure on its backup run. Hajek plans on a second record attempt this October, but beforehand he will try to set the Nascar speed record in the same vehicle at Talladega Speedway.
