Restoration includes original sheet metal, no-rust original floor pans and new paint. It has been a race car and garage kept its entire life. It has a 6-point roll cage installed but has never been cut up or tubbed. This is the only Ford race car to ever win an IHRA Top Stock Race and is the first car in this class to record a sub-9 second run. It was nicknamed the "Camaro Killer" by IHRA writer, Michael Beard after winning 14 straight rounds, including 3 straight National event victories, it also won the US Class Nationals. This car is undefeated in NHRA Class computation and is a 2-time NHRA Stock Class record holder.
