This 1965 Ford Mustang fastback 2+2 was recently restored from front to back. An original numbers matching car restored retaining the original 289 engine and C4 automatic transmission. The engine was completely rebuilt with new pistons, mild Crane cam, roller tip rockers, water, fuel, oil pump, Holley Street Avenger 670cfm carburetor, Edelbrock Performer series intake manifold, all aluminum radiator and Billet Serpentine Belt system. The original C4 transmission was also completely rebuilt and has a mild stall converter, with upgraded GT package including fog lights and rear exhaust trumpets. Air conditioning system, new power steering system, new brake system with discs up front, new front windshield and rear fastback glass with window tint, rubber and weather stripping, interior and chrome. Pony two tone interior with lighted pony door sill plates and retractable front seatbelts. Standard pony tape deck stereo with Alpine amplifier and Orion subwoofers, 17" chrome wheels with low profile radical tires. This vehicle is a great example of a mid-60's muscle car and is always a head turner on the street and at car shows.
