| Ford To Unveil Boss 302 Mustang This Friday? |
Back in May the President of Ford Motor Company's American Division, Mark Fields, was on stage at the Ford Dealer Show when he began to speak of upcoming models. During the speech Fields said he couldn't say exactly what to look for next but that he'd give a "little" hint at which point a 1970 Boss 302 Mustang drove behind him. Since then we haven't heard much about the car in question, that is, until the rumors started running rampant again today.
Rumor is that Ford is planning on unveiling the 2011 Boss 302 Mustang this weekend, on Friday the 13th, during the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Laguna Seca. The street going version of the Boss 302R is expected to be priced in the mid $30,000 range with a 430 horsepower version of the Mustang GT's 5.0L V8 engine.
