| 2012 Roush Mustang Details Released |
Thanks to a Ford dealer in Indiana we're able to bring you some information on the 2012 Roush Mustang lineup even before Roush makes it officially available. Word is that Roush will be bringing back the Stage 3 model for 2012. Unlike the 2010 model, which was powered by the older 4.6L engine, the 2012 Roush Stage 3 Mustang is expected to feature a modified 5.0L V8 that produces 540 horsepower thanks to a Roushcharger supercharger system. Other notable options include a new dual tone graphics package with new metallic stripe colors, a special Stage 3 only matte black front bumper stripe, new "RS3" badging, and a matte black rear panel with Jack Roush signature. As is usually the case the 2012 Roush Mustangs will be available in the standard colors of the Mustang GT, but for 2012 Roush will also be offering a special edition Stage 3 model with its own line of custom paint options. While there is no word on the colors that will be available expect them to be pretty stunning. One other juicy little tidbit is that Roush may be bringing back the BlackJack Mustang for 2012 as well!
