Ford Mustang Sales Decrease, Camaro And Challenger Sales Increase In November 2011

Boss 302 Tire Smoke

The Big Three have released their sales results for November 2011 and as with the previous month the Ford Mustang struggled while its competitors experienced upward sales trends. In November Ford sold 3,865 Mustangs which is 5.6% less than than the same month of the previous year. In comparison Chevy sold exact 5,127 Camaros which is an amazing 23% increase over November 2010. Heck even the Dodge Challenger had a notable monthly sales increase with 2,996 sold, an increase of 20 percent.

As for total sales this year the Camaro leads with 81,495 sales, more than all of 2010. Ford comes in second with 65,381 Mustangs driving off lots throughout 2011, while Dodge trails far behind in third with 36,250 Challenger sales. Its pretty clear that the Camaro will again outsell the Mustang this year.
