1974 was the first year of the Mustang II. This period in time is known to have been a revitalization of outstanding Mustang sales, but yet a downfall in performance. With two tiny engines and little horsepower available, it was obvious that Ford forgot about the people who wanted that awesome horsepower thrust when they hit the throttle. These days, the Mustang II is seen by most "Mustang Guys" as a waste of precious years that the Mustang could've been the true street performer it was in the late 60s, but there certainly is a wide array of Mustang enthusiasts who think nothing is cooler than a ride in a classic Mustang II.
