2003 mach 1 auto to manual conversion

i have a 2003 mach1 automatic and i want to convert it to manual. Just wanted to know what parts will i need to do this??? And will i require 6 bolt flywheel or 8 bolt? what transmission will be good choice?? any advice or tips will be helpful thanks!!!

That's a big job. I would trade for a 6-speed car. With the parts, and if you pay someone for the install, you'd be money ahead.

If you must, get a TKO600. (that alone is $2250+)
