I saw a new Boss MUstang at a recent cruise. Are they for real? And now?

I have read about this at stangsunleashed.com and some other websites... and I'm most curious and concerned about how they (at FoMoCo) would price them? I'm hoping for this would be my next Mustang... Anyone else here heard about the Mach 1???
