Ford Racing Announces Boss 302 Trackey Lives On

Mustang Boss Trackey Track Key

Last month it came to our attention that Ford Motor Company was having a hard time getting the new Trackey system approved by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Well we're glad to report that in a recent update on the Ford Racing website it was announced that CARB has cleared the Trackey system for use on road going vehicles in California. Its availability is expected to be announced at the SEMA Show in November.

From Ford Racing:
Thank you for your interest in our new Trackey technology. Ford Racing and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) have been working closely to ensure that TracKey achieves certification as quickly as possible. We are happy to report that the testing is completed and Ford Racing will announce the availability of TracKey at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show in Las Vegas on Nov 2. We recognize that there is great anticipation for this exciting product and wanted to share this news with you ahead of the SEMA show.
