I can not say enough about Ed Miller from Reynolds Ford
I originally ordered my car last spring. About two weeks ago I found out that I probably wouldn't take delivery until June 2006 due to my dealer's allocation limits. I appreciated his candor and he did everything possible to try to assure earlier delivery.
Unfortunately, I couldn't wait as I will be carless come February. I called Ed and told him my problem. Instead of trying to take advantage of me, I was desperate, he went way out of his way to help me out.
Ed gave me a GREAT DEAL, way under MSRP, with no haggling. Here on the Jersey Shore dealers are still asking 5k over MSRP for verts and then add on overpriced dealer options. I was almost ready to give in to make sure I could have my car in time.
The best part is that due to Ed's pushing it looks like I will have my car in a few short weeks. Then on top of everything Ed arranged to have the car shipped to my local dealer!!!
Ed has done everything to dispel the "Evil Car Dealer" stereo type. I still can't believe how he came through for me.
