What's the next mod I should do to my 89 LX

Hey, I have a 89 stang with the following mods: BBK Cold air intake, BBK Headers, E 303 cam, underdrive pullys, 373 gears, flowmaster exaust, and welded stabilizer bars. What should the next mod be? I have an auto, so I was thinking a torque converter. If I get a converter, what stall should it be? Somthing I can use on track and street.

Thanks!

I think you're on the right track. A higher stall convertor and a shift kit will make that AOD feel much better.
From what i've read the stock AOD has a 1600-1800 rpm stall from the factory. On a mildly modified car you'll want something with a 2400-2600 stall speed. If possible i'd suggest to get a "lock up" convertor and make sure you put a trans oil cooler in at the same time because a higher stall convertor will raise the temperature of the fluid.
Here are some links, you can probably contact any one of these places, tell them your mods or planned mods, and they give you the exact stall you'll need....
