5.0 computer maybe?

me again,87 5.0 mustang gt w/air....5 speed

well after tracking grounds, replacing starter,battery.connectors,etc.that was until i realized i was getting spark and no gas.replaced the ignition control module, and pressure regulator with only the same outcome.still no gas,but plenty of spark.fuel pump kicks on and have fuel all the way into the rail, but seems injectors arent firing.this seems to me that my computer may be shot.does this sound reasonable?is there any way to check the computer or is it chaeper to just get one from a reputable used dealer?

Ouch, thats a hard one. I believe it could be a number of things. First thing you should probably do is check the wiring harness from the injectors back to see if you can find any problems with it such as a loose connector or frayed wire. Then if that checks out, you'll need to figure out whether there is no power or no ground to the injectors and trace that back to see where the lose of power or ground occurs.
BTW... you say you have fuel up to the rail but the car wont start. Before you do anything make sure the injectors are actually "firing" because it may be possible that the fuel is getting there but not at enough pressure/volume.

BTW a member by the name of art posted this at one time https://www.muscularmustangs.com/wiring.php
Its basically just a list of the pins on the computer and what each one does. It may help you out if you get into trying to trace what wires go where.
