injector harness ground wire?????

im looking to trace my ground on the injector harness and im not sure what to look for.what color is is,and where does it start and stop?can i manually bypass it and add a ground to the battery to see if it is working?

my injectors arent firing, but i have correct fuel presssure in the rail.i have replaced fuel pump, control module, pressure regulator, and all my relays kick on and off(i can hear them anyway).i also bypassed the inertia switch by connecting the two together.

See i'm not sure how the system works. I believe its possible that the injectors have a constant (while the key is on) power supply going to them and then they are each grounded out by the computer to make them fire.
I believe you could check this with a test light by connecting the test light to an engine ground and seeing if any of the injector plugs are getting a signal.
Shiftthedrift had a similar problem with his cobra, but for him only two (i think) injectors werent firing. You can try e-mailing or pm'ing him to see what he found was the problem.

This ground wire is an orange wire that connects to the back of the driver's side head along with the ground strap that grounds the head to the firewall.
