Thumbs down 87 5.0 idle too high

I recently eliminated A/C & Smog Pump, on my 1987 5.0 Convertible. In doing so I cleaned up the engine compartment of all unnecessary lines and wiring. Before this process the engine ran just fine, now it will not idle below 1400 RPM. I have changed the air control motor, checked and adjusted the TPS to .99 and have reset the computer as described in many other posts. I resealed the upper plenum and replaced all vacuum lines, along with double checking any lines eliminated in the process. Still the engine will not achieve the normal low idle, 800-900 RPM.

Anyone have any suggestions?
