Limp home mode When up to temp

I have a 93 cobra with the normal bolt ons longtube headers no cats,70mm TB, 73mm mass air, crane coil, aftermarket TFM. When I first start and run the car its fine. When it heats up to normal temp alot of the time but not always it runs rough and way way down on power. It also will run a little hotter than normal when it does this. The only code I have been able to pull is neutral safety switch. I have checked out the wires, the coil is only months old. I have checked the massair wires Which I have cleaned before when I hade a idle problem. Any ideas on what else I should Check. I want to make it to the drags before summer is over. any imput would be great Thanks
