She has just started doing this, but I now have a hesitation upon take off. Sometimes so bad that it drops rpm and then goes like she isn't getting enough fuel/air. I am running stock 19lbs injectors still with an explorer gt-40 intake, cai without 90 degree elbow and 70mm Mass/TB, but I don't think she is starving for fuel...I just don't know what it could be. Everything [sensors, tb, everything] is either new and/or clean as a whistle. I have even tried adding some octane boost to 93 octane and she still kinda falls on her face then gets up and goes... Help please I need advice as to where to go or what to do next.

Check for stored codes......look into fuel pressure regulator........weak/dirty pick up filter in gas tank?
