Oil pressure is not constant at constant speed

My Oil pressure is not constant at constant speed, it is in the normal range, but goes up and down......can my filter be clogged?

It could be something with the oiling system, but more than likely its just the gauge/sensor. The oil pressure gauges in the 5.0 Mustangs are notorious for being less than accurate.
