RACING STRIPES

HI, IM NOT AN MUSTANG EXPERT,. BUT I LOVE IT. MAYBE MY QUESTION IS STUPID FOR ANYONE SO, IM SORRY. I PUT SOME WORDS IN OTHER MUSTANG FORUMS LIKE BRADBARNETT, AND MOST OF MEMBERS ARE SO MEAN WIT ME...

SO. I LIVE IN OTHER COUNTRY AND MY ENGLISH ITS NOT SO GOOD.


I REMEMBER ONCE IN OTHER PAGE, THAT THE STRIPES MUST BE IN A PERFECT MEASURE. ITS THAT TRUE? DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NUMBERS?

10 INCHES? SEPARATED BY 2 INCHES..

if the car never had stripes or is just a "fun" car then racing stripes don't need to be in any special side or spacing. Its all up to the preference of the owner and what they like best. I've seen stripes that took up almost the the entire side of the car, while others are almost pinstripe like.
On the other hand if the car originally had stripes and you are restoring it for car shows or concours judging then you will probably want the same size striping the car had originally.
