93 door swap?

ok so in 7 days i will have in my possesion a 83 gt fox with a 5.0 and i think a t-5,manual 5 speed.not sure if they used the t5 back then.but i dont need the engine or the tranny because im planning on droping in a 460 modded out. but the question i have is on the doors.can i replace the 1983 fox body manual windows and locks doors with a 1987-1993 gt power windows and locks door?then i would only have to run some pos and neg wires in the passenger compartment and probaly replace the window motors.i just need to know that the 93 doors will phsycaly fit onto the 83 body.wireing mods, and even some hinge modifications would be easy.thanks for the time, please help.

Yes, all 1979-1993 Mustang parts are exchangeable. I have seen a 1986 Mustang with ALL 1991 GT parts on it and everything fit fine. The only thing you should need is a door pin master kit for the hinges so your new doors dont sag. Here is a link I found for the kit to show you.

To make things easier try to get the door wiring harness from a newer Fox that had power windows and locks so you won't have to make your own coming out of the door.
