quick5pnt0 I've never done an AC swap like that, but from what i've heard you dont need to have a car that originally came with one to swap it in. You will have to literally rip the entire dash out to get the AC system behind it, and swap everything else over but it should work out.

Adding A/C to 1993 LX Convertible

I was offered a car for parts, and was wanting to take the A/C system off and put it on my car that didn't have it from the factory.

Would my car have been prewired and just not had the components/contols connected for the A/C?

I noticed that there is an extra stud on my car where the A/C compressor mounts on the A/C cars and what looks to be a connector for it at that location?

Thanks in advance
