Ok, not to sure how to explain this but ill try. when i start my car ( 92 hatch) i idles fine, but when i give it a little gas i studders a bit and sometimes backfires a little. i all goes away once...

i replaced the isolators when i changed out the control arms, there poly urethane, maybe thats the problem. i dont just want to take them out cause i dont want the springs to ruin the control arms.

stop the squeeking please!

my rear suspension will not stop squeeking. ive realligned the control arms ( after market adjustable), ive greased everything that i can think of. it sounds like it might be coming from the springs....

tires for 15x10 wheels can be different sizes. i think that the smallest you can go is 265, and then they can go up to at least 325 that i know of.

ok, heres the deal. i just replaced my rear upper and lower control arms and bushings with UPR's adjustable arms and aluminum bushings. i set everything to the factory specs and put it back together....

i have to agree with mike, fuel injection stangs are a big pain in the ass. i would start with vaccum leaks then check the timing and see where thats at, it should be somewhere between 10-16 degrees...

i agree with snake, i have a 90 coupe and i have some what of the same problem but not to that extent. i'll pretty much bet that thats what your problem is too.
