Blown Fusible Link 20A Fuel Pump 98 V6

The under hood 20 amp fusible link that runs the fuel pump keeps blowing. Changed fuel pump, fuel filter and situation remains. Occures off idle driving and on jack stands. Code reader negative. Started out infrequent but now can not get out of the drive way. What else might be on that circuit that could cause this? I am in the process of checking all negative grounds but I do not think that is it. Help!

The only thing i can recommend is to do your best to trace that wire from one end to the other. Hopefully somewhere along the way you'll find a problem.
